About mortgage broker Linda Fitzgerald, founder of LUX Home Mortgage
My path to mortgage lending began with a summer job as a processor while attending Southern Oregon University. After earning my degree in psychology, I stayed in the industry—not just because I was good at it, but because I found it deeply fulfilling. I bought my first home in the Rogue Valley, where I also raised my daughter, and that personal experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping others achieve homeownership.
I founded LUX Home Mortgage to create a lending experience built on service, value, and compassion—standards that reflect my own. With 29 years in the mortgage industry, I bring a depth of knowledge and steady guidance to every transaction. I’m by your side throughout the process—as an advisor, advocate, and problem-solver—because I know how important this journey is.
At LUX Home Mortgage, I combine expert service with real value. Many say price isn’t everything—and it’s not—but it matters. That’s why, as a mortgage broker, I shop multiple lenders to find the best terms for your unique borrowing scenario. I approach your loan the same way I would want someone to approach mine—with transparency, care, and your best interests at heart. My goal is to blend decades of expertise with a deep understanding of each lender’s strengths and your individual needs, so you feel confident every step of the way.
Above all, I lead with compassion. Bringing sensitivity and care to our mortgage relationship creates an atmosphere of trust and mutual reliance as we work together to achieve your homeownership goals. By fostering an honest, collaborative relationship, we can navigate even the most complex loan processes with confidence. The name LUX means “light,” and my goal is to illuminate your path to homeownership—and bring a little light into your life along the way.
